Need some quick but long lasting energy? Try these!

Energy Bars:

1 C. Ea
Sesame seeds
Pepitas
Sunflower seeds
Chopped cashews
Honey
2 C. Unsweetened coconut
Mix-
Spread on to lightly oiled baking pan
Bake at 350 for 10 min
Cool or refrigerate til firm

WARNING!!! These bars are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!
( and always check your teeth after ea. bar- you want to be healthy but still cute)
