Need some quick but long lasting energy? Try these!

Energy Bars:

1 C. Ea
Sesame seeds
Pepitas
Sunflower seeds
Chopped cashews
Honey
2 C. Unsweetened coconut
Mix-
Spread on to lightly oiled baking pan
Bake at 350 for 10 min
Cool or refrigerate til firm

WARNING!!! These bars are HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!
( and always check your teeth after ea. bar- you want to be healthy but still cute)

Have you treated yourself today?

Want a healthy high protein snack? Make these:
PROTEIN POPPERS
1 small jar almond butter
1c. Protein powder
1/3 c. Honey
1/4 c. Hemp or Chia seeds
1/4 c cacao nibs ( optional but we'll worth the addition)
Mix and roll into 1 inch balls - refrigerate

Ea. one has about the same calories and protein as a cheese stick
